Building a smarter way to explore everything Appcues connects to
Integration usage turned out to be one of the strongest indicators of customer retention at Appcues, which meant helping customers actually discover and understand our integration library wasn't just a nice-to-have. We had a massive library of one-way and two-way integrations, plus a growing workflows library, and no great way to show people everything they could do with them.
Solution
I wireframed and built a fully custom CMS hub in Webflow from scratch. This included a searchable, filterable library housing every integration and workflow, with individual detail pages for each that covered how to connect, usage guidance, plan availability, and related items.
The goal was to make the breadth of what Appcues connects to feel approachable and useful rather than overwhelming.
Turns out, clarity works
Within the first 60 days of launching the hub, integration usage doubled.
